Weekend Soccer Preview

Another edition of the Weekend Soccer Preview!
As always, home team listed first, all times Eastern.

Game of the Week (Rankings from Poll)
14:45 ET Sunday
(3) Inter Milan v (T5) AC Milan
14:45 ET Saturday
(21) Juventus v (T19) AS Roma
This is a match-up of two teams going in different directions in the Serie A table. Juventus has been dropping points left and right lately, and sit in 5th with 33 points, 2 behind AS Roma who is in 3rd. Roma is still 12 points behind leaders Inter but has not lost in Serie A since late October.

Top of the Table Clashes
14:45 ET Sunday
(3) Inter Milan v (T5) AC Milan
AC Milan sits in second place in Serie A, only 6 points behind Inter Milan with a game in hand. A win in the Milan derby for AC would effectively pull them into a tie with Inter for first place. Inter won the first match 4-0 when AC Milan was the “home” team, and another win for Inter would go a long way to continuing their stranglehold on the Serie A title.
